Your name and account email

Your organisation or workspace name
A clear description of the issue
The page or feature affected
Any relevant screenshots
The steps you took before the issue occurred
The date and approximate time of the issue

Please do not send passwords, authentication codes, API keys, payment-card details, or other sensitive credentials.

What We Can Help With

Account and access

Contact us if you cannot sign in, need help managing your account, or experience problems accessing a ContentLab workspace.

Technical support

Report errors, unexpected behaviour, failed content generation, problems with integrations, or features that are not working as expected.

Billing and subscriptions

We can help with subscription questions, invoices, payment issues, plan changes, cancellations, and refund requests.

Privacy and data requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, restriction of, deletion of, or portability of your personal data, or to object to certain processing.

If ContentLab processes your personal data solely on behalf of one of our business customers, please contact that organisation first. We will assist the organisation with its response where required.

Security concerns

If you believe you have identified a security vulnerability, unauthorised access, data exposure, or suspicious activity involving ContentLab, email help@skillstudio.ai as soon as possible.

Please include enough information for us to investigate, but do not publicly disclose a potential vulnerability while it is being reviewed.

Before Contacting Us

You may be able to resolve an issue by:

Refreshing the page and signing in again
Confirming that your internet connection is working
Checking that your browser is up to date
Disabling browser extensions that may interfere with the Service
Confirming that any connected service remains authorised
Trying the action again in a private or incognito browser window

Support Availability

Support requests are reviewed during normal Irish business hours, excluding public holidays. Response times may vary depending on the urgency, complexity, and volume of requests.

Security incidents, suspected unauthorised access, and data-protection matters are prioritised.
